EECI2010 Wrap-up

Back in the saddle today with EECI2010 already a distant memory. Overall it was a scaled-down affair compared to 2009, with more general discussions on things like CSS3 and Git.

I’d have liked a more hardcore EE-specific focus, but a couple of items from day two were very interesting. In particular, Greg Salt’s talk on Membership spam and how best to combat it. As always, it’s nice to meet the EE community in the flesh and rediscover your passion for EE and web design. Good too, to see that DesignKarma’s first EE add-ons (MEFU and vBee) have gone down well.
