The previous two chapters of this series focused on the spec, design and setup of the new DesignKarma website. In this final chapter we’ll give an overview of how the site was built in ExpressionEngine—looking at our variables, snippets and templates.

Armed with our wire frames and designs from chapter 1, the next chapter of this show-and-tell series focuses on installation and setup of our content management system. Here’s where we go to Geek Level One I’m afraid. We’ll be looking specifically at ExpressionEngine setup and there may be some minor code references. It’s all quite interesting though!
